  • A candidate who joins fresh or from a private school has to produce an Original Birth Certificate such as Municipal Birth Certificate in support of the date of birth entered in the Admission form.
  • A candidate who has attended any recognized school cannot be admitted without a ‘Leaving Certificate’ from the school last attended. If the candidate comes from a school outside the State of Maharashtra, the Leaving Certificate must be countersigned by the Education Officer of the Division in which that school is situated.
  • No student older than six and younger than five years is admitted to the First Standard, and a corresponding scale of age is fixed for the succeeding standards.
  • Admission from unrecognized schools shall not be made on the strength of the Leaving Certificate. Applications for admission from unrecognized schools shall be on an affidavit being made by the parent/guardian before a magistrate, be subjected to a regular written test in all subjects and admitted provisionally to the standard for which they are found fit.
  • Candidates must pay in advance the entrance fee, the fee for the first month together with the First Term fee.
  • One calendar month’s notice is to be given before the withdrawal of the student or the fee will be charged for that month. Such notice should be given by the person responsible for the student and not by the student himself.
  • No Leaving Certificate will be granted till all school dues are paid.
  • The form of application for the Leaving Certificate is found in the school calendar. Those who leave in April must pay fees for May too.
